  • All original tags are still attached (if applicable).
  • The original packaging is included.

4. Non-Returnable Items

6. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 days.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method (PayPal).

Please note that it may take additional time for your payment provider to process and display the refund in your account.

7. Exchanges

Direct exchanges are only available if:

  • The item is defective.
  • You received the wrong item.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
